Tri-Med offers turnkey procurement services, buying for the customer on a fee-based contract basis. This can be for individual NGOs or for parastatal organisations on large projects.
The service includes :

Tri-Med is a partner in PROMPT, a European Procurement Association. PROMPT combines the resources of its European and International partners in a unique package of procurement management services and training. All members are registered with the Commission of the European Union. Operating as a flexible pan-European group, all partners are committed to providing efficient and cost-effective solutions.

PROMPT is a founder member of FedPro, The European Federation of Procurement Agents. Tri-Med staff members sit on some of the FedPro sub-committees.
PROMPT's
expertise, gained through the implementation of some of the largest technical
co-operation programmes in the world, encompasses the most important sectors
of technical assistance.
PROMPT has won several major contracts, including the establishment and management of the TACIS Procurement unit for the EU in Brussels. With 17 members of staff, TACIS-PU processed some 1,400 contracts worth Euro 2 billion over a period of 2 years.
