Tri-Med
is a major supplier of pharmaceuticals to the international community
and ministries of health in Africa. Tri-Med holds licences to supply pharmaceuticals
issued by the UK and the US authorities and is also an accredited supplier
under the World Bank MSP scheme.
Tri-Med has an office in India and employs a pharmacist to inspect and pre-qualify all manufacturing facilities used by our sub-contractors. All must hold proper accreditation with the local authorities and additionally comply with the exacting standards required by WHO - GMP. The pharmacist will examine the master drugs file for each product as part of the pre-qualification process.
During production of the pharmaceuticals, the chemist will arrange for independent batch testing of samples taken from production, verifying the purity and the conformity of the product and its stability in tropical conditions.
Tri-Med is able to supply ALL types of pharmaceuticals, from simple analgesics to latest generation cephalasporin and cytotoxic drugs. We supply both proprietary pharmaceuticals and generic products to meet each customer's individual requirements.
